To help myself and others keep track of what's going on in StatusNet
development, I'm going to start making out daily summaries of commit
activity on the current development branch (now 0.9.x).

- age-weighted popularity calcs were broken across year boundaries
- avoid divide-by-zero warning on tag cloud if no favorites
