Sounds like this should do the job.
OK, I pushed it. I added the plugins that I thought a) didn't need a lot
of configuration and b) were core functionality.
I know you had changed addPlugin() to add to an array rather than
loading at call time; maybe we could rationalize these two arrays somehow?
