Catching up!

To help myself and others keep track of what's going on in StatusNet development, I'm going to start making out daily summaries of commit activity on the current development branch (now 0.9.x).

 - sysadmins can now disable parts of admin UI (evan)

Geo sharing options interface (csarven)
 - code cleanup
 - minimize state saved
 - disabled state now actually works right
 - i18n for tooltips

Memcached fixes (evan)
- Disable persistent connections to memcached server for CLI scripts, as these can break multi-process forking daemons which must reconnect [support for brion's daemon-work branch]

Imap mail handler (candrews)
- existing mail handler script broken up, extended to allow being run through other channels such as a daemon polling via Imap

- when SSL and non-SSL hostnames don't match, use one-time token to inject session info during the post-login redirect
