Catching up!
To help myself and others keep track of what's going on in StatusNet
development, I'm going to start making out daily summaries of commit
activity on the current development branch (now 0.9.x).

Memcached fixes (evan)
- Disable persistent connections to memcached server for CLI scripts,
as these can break multi-process forking daemons which must reconnect

Imap mail handler (candrews)
- existing mail handler script broken up, extended to allow being run
through other channels such as a daemon polling via Imap
