Cool, thanks Jon. Could you limit the amount of posts you receive in the email? I agree that if you follow a ton of people you'd get a huge email list, but maybe if the email was capped at a certain number of posts it would limit the size of the email.

It pretty much expects to be run as a Cron Job, so call it using curl http://xxxxxx/ub/data.php?cron=TRUE which forces it to be sent as an e-mail.
