move build result pages from ~sebor to the stdcxx site

The nightly build result pages currently stored in
http://people.apache.org/~sebor/ need to be moved to some project-specific
directory, such as http://incubator.apache.org/stdcxx/ is now. This should be
done after the stdcxx has been moved to its final location as a Top Level
Project, i.e., after INFRA-1425 has been resolved.
Currently, stdcxx build results for trunk are stored at the following locations:
http://people.apache.org/~sebor/stdcxx/results
http://people.apache.org/~sebor/stdcxx/results/builds
and those for stdcxx-4.2.0 are here:
http://people.apache.org/~sebor/stdcxx-4.2.0/results/
