Thanks for having a look. Glad to know its Ok on Linux.

I am assuming that you are trying the latest version I uploaded (with
GPSLserial.* rather than SerialPort.*)
Are you building on Snow Leopard? Intel or PPC?
What error messages are you getting please?

I have built it on on Snow Leopard 10.6.6, Intel 64bit. I'm using
QT4.7.3 (Cocoa) and the latest gettext and libiconv.
I also have Xcode 3.2.6 (with gcc 4.2) installed. I do not think I
needed anything more than this.

I'm compiling with the usual sequence from the command prompt, i.e:

mkdir builds/macosx
cd builds/macosx
cmake ../..
make
make install

Finally as per Tim I do a:

make macosx_bundle

I then cd into Stellarium.app and remove the duplicate QT* libraries.
