When I receive a fax and view it on screen all I get is a very narrow
window showing 204x196 dpi and the contents  consist of horizontal
broken lines across the window.  Not words.

When printed - the same horizontal lines.

BTW I don't appear to be able to alter the size of the viewing window.

Any suggestions
