I'm not sure as I don't do that much faxing, and don't have a
convenient place to send faxes for me to look at the results. (I
haven't found a way to review the auto-generated coversheets). What I
have done for the few faxes that I sent out is created my own fax
cover sheet in FinalWriter. This may be an avenue for you to explore,
use your wordprocessor to mail-merge cover sheets, print them out to
STFax, and then have STFax send the cover sheet file along with your
standard info fax file. (I do know that you can select several
fax-files and send them out batch and the reciever only sees that one
fax with several sheets was sent. I use this for my resume, where my
resume is the commone file, and the cover sheet is individually
created to include the cover letter infomation specific to the company
that I am applying to.) You may be able to automate this all with a
well written ARexx script.
