Ok, but what's then exactly the problem.
If you're lacking of information about ADPCM and GSM converters
for US Robotics modem, you should get in contact with the guys
who were setting up the vgetty-project for linux/unix systems.

He mentioned on the credits page for vgetty that
Paul Stewart ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) was very
helpful regarding ADPCM and GSM converter for
the US Robotics modems.
Free programm sources regarding ADPCM are
offered by e.g. CCITT (specification G.721).
