Hi there, I forget who wrote, or what modem he had, but someone was complaining about STFax 3.8 & a PACE modem just locking up. I had a similar problem with my PACE 56k - I cured it by reducing the modem timeout from 10 to 4. Don't ask me why, but it worked for me.
