Dial your number from your normal telephone handset 2. When you get the instructions to press send (or what ever) 3. select recieve fax 4. replace your handset. Everything should be fine. I have not been able to it any other way. The only other way it works is when the other side has called you first. Then you can select the Recieve fax option.
