A few months ago, I used to have CID and CM working together, so that I knew who was calling before I pick up the phone. Sadly a major hard-disk problem forced a reinstall from originals - my backups only solved part of the problem. Now, I get the CID window, but it doesn't tell me who's calling, even though CM has the number stored. Is it because of different users or login settings? I don't know what to look for. Isn't there an STFAX tooltype for the username for CM - I recall having to put one in (I think) but I can't find details in the docs.
