No its just the same cost as a national rate call which on NTL cable is
7.47p daytime, 3.95p evening and 2.78p @ weekends.

The BBS system doesn't seem to work anyway ! 
Thanks for trying anyway Graham Beaton and whoever the person was who called
at 10.57 today.
