Keeping the modem and purchasing i.e. IOblix would be a nice idea. You could
surf the web, send/recieve faxes at the same time. I do so sice a couple of
month and it works fine. I use Multiface III with two seriell ports (Unit 0
for Modem, Unit 1 for Hagenuk SpeedDragon).
