Possibly another reason is that the online ordering doesn't tolerate any errors. I
didn't put my home telephone number
and it forced me to enter ALL my details again. It might be better if it allowed you
to enter missing information only.
Just a thought.... I don't know whether that is possible. I don't like giving out my
telephone number because it is
ex-directory.
