[stfax] problem Upgrade

I have had to re-install STFax 3.0, but now when i try to upgrade to any version, I 
get the message " the file is not the same size" I have all the upgrades from 3.3 to 
3.7 and have tried them in any other I can think of, but no luck.

Help please
