Hello to all,
After installing STFax4, I have set it up to record messages and use the
remote access functions so that it duplicated my v3.8 setup. Now I want to
use some of the new features that are listed. Like the Play custom script
feature. This way I can send Out Of Area (O) callers and Private (P)
callers to a different script in which they will have to select from a menu
in order to leave a message. Most sales callers will not go through the
extra work of pressing the extra buttons to leave messages, but mobile
(also (O)) phone callers can still leave messages
The problem:
Under the Call Screening window, I do not have a selection for "Play custom
script" or, "Execute command line". They are mentioned in the Call Screening
Preferences section of the documentation as well as in the features section.
The selections that I have are:
Under "Blacklist"
Ignore call completely - Play custom greeting - Warn user of incomming call
Under "Priority calls"
Answer in Operator Mode - Play custom greeting - Warn user of priority call
Is there some setting in Preferences that I need to set in order to make the
"Play costom script" and "Execute command line" features available for use.
