I have recently bought STFax4 from Active as a direct replacement to GPFax.
GPFax was getting a bit past its sell-by-date but it did at least work.
I am now very alarmed to find that my new STFax with all its wonderful
features - doesn't!
Well that's not strictly true. I can send faxes, I can even receive faxes
(though I have no means of viewing them without using the external 'view
fax' app) but the main header and group lists are wholly inactive. I can
double click on the group lists or try to bring up rmb's to my hearts
content but I get nothing. The header list shows nothng but a date field. I
have created over a dozen faxes and sent them to 'store', 'schedule' and
'send' and tried again. Nothing. Can anyone explain what's going wrong
here?
