Hi Chris
I put in a preorder for netconnect2 to netconnect3 upgrade
also Stfax3 to Stfax4 upgrade . The preorder was on the active site
order id 1527325287. As yet I have not received either upgrade or a
confirmation of my order or a response to previous emails asking you
to confirm you have received my order. Please respond so I know whats
going on. I am having to use V2.95 again as my testing time on V3 has
expired. I know from the lists that people received copies of NC3
weeks ago . was there a problem with my order ?
