The same thing happened to me with my STFax4 upgrade.
Place order ...
wait ...
ask about order ...
get no response ...
wait ...
STFax4 arrives in mail.
Now, waiting for the missing voice features to be implemented, like Play
Custom Script and Execute Command Line from the call screening preferences.
These were the main reasons that I upgraded. Other features have been
improved, but I was trally looking forward to those.
