Good news about IB2.2 beta testing under way.

I'm looking forward to finding out "what's new" and I hope that the testing
doesn't reveal too many bugs (wash my mouth out, they're called "issues"
these days, aren't they!). I also really really hope that it doesn't all
take too long. I'm at my wits end with IB2.1 freezing on me and V3
(NetConn3)/STF4 never, never coming.

Talking of STF4 not arriving, as it /still/ hasn't, CW baffles me. I
remember a poignant e-mail from him to all on his mailing-list complaining
about how few people had signed up for STF4. Shortly after that, I did
order it - credit card number and all. If he was so fed up about not
receiving enough orders, why doesn't he want them when he gets them? We're
into months now since I first tried to buy STF4 from him, and I'm still
trying! Three weeks ago, I ordered online his NetConn3/V3 upgrade, as well.
He must know about the order because his site processed it and I received an
e-mail a day later confirming it.

I've even seen a run of e-mails from people to CW cancelling their orders
that they've waited so long for. You'd think that, with cancellations
flowing in, he'd want to try to hold on to hatever orders he still has left.
But I receive... NOTHING. No software. No explanation. No message of any
kind. This, from someone who complains to his customers that they don't
order enough software from him.

OK, he's into other things now. But recent mailing list msgs from him show
that he IS still attending to Active-Tech business. So why doesn't he
either DO or SAY something to me?

Jw.
