If the phone rings while I have STFax running in the background, it opens the Caller ID window and offers intercept and speakerphone. If my answerphone kicks in (I never got the STFax voice facilities to work with my PACE voice) this window stays on screen and I can't use it or close it). Any ideas? What information will help with a diagnosis? Problem 2: I have Neil Bothwick's Script that writes the caller ID information to the log. This is always right, but the caller ID presented in the window sometimes says Withheld even though the number of the caller is in the CM database... again, any ideas? They're not major problems as I can always reboot with problem 1, but sometimes I don't want to! Cheers, Ivan
