A customer reported this to me a few days ago. Yes, it is send in that way
(white on black!). Sometimes it is readable, sometimes not. I suppose, you
use ScanQuix, so you can prevent inverting the scan by ticking the option
"Negative?" in the "Scanner" menu of ScanQuix. The fax document will be
normal than (black on white). Thank God, minus * minus = plus...
Question to Wiz: Why is it?
