I fixed the section level for the document title and it seems to be alright on the latest Ubuntu. I pushed the 0.16 release tarball to http://download.gna.org/stgit/ and I also pushed a v0.16 tag to the Git repository. If anyone finds problems, I'll push 0.16.x.
