is currently seeking outstanding fresh graduates in
Accounting to fill the following position:
Graduate Accountant
Requirements:
- Graduate from 3 year Diploma from reputable school,
majoring in Accounting
- GPA at least 3.00
- Work experience 1 - 2 years (preferred)
- Good communication both in English and Bahasa
Indonesia
- Computer literate
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan or in the
Company's mine site in Central Kalimantan
Job Description:
1. Accurate and timely entry of all creditor invoices
into accounting system,
2. Preparation of credtiors invoices for payment,
3. Reconciliation of creditors statements,
4. Analysis of monthly costs against budget and
forecast,
5. Preparation of monthly journals and accruals,
6. Ensuring general ledger reconciliation's are
carried out on an on going basis and accounted for in
accordance with Indonesian GAAP,
7. Ad hoc analysis that may required to identify cost
savings
opportunities and areas of budgetary concern,
8. Ensure that the company policies in regard to
authorization and expenditure controls are adhered to,
9. Assist the Senior Accountant with ensuring
compliance with Indonesian taxation law.
