In resources/db_scripts/mysql/DBCreate.sql the database name should be
all lower case. Looks like I've missed this in my patch.
In resources/conf/database_config.xml the MySQL configuration has the
old password trade for user trade. This has to be changed to yyy. Also
the database name should be all lower case.
PHP StockTrader works in Linux with the above changes.
