These will make sense when we have more than one database and change the
database at runtime.
- ClientToBS
- ServiceLocation
- GetClientToBSConnections
- BSToOPS
- GetServiceLocations
- GetBSToOPSConnections
- GetDBConfigs
These operations are used to configure/populate data in the database by a FE.
None of the above operations are used at the moment, but they might be needed
when we need a configuration FE.
