Comment from Italian TV.

A significant stress was given on TV on the fact that the presiding
Judge was free to take audio out whenever, according to him, Milosevic
was saying something he didn't like.
Probably everyone is doing parallels between its local legal system and
ICTY trials.
In Italy every accused has the right to say anything he/she finds fit.
Only criminal acts are prohibited. In the Red Brigates trials, accused
were free to say anything, as long as the Court, with a motivated
reasoning, found that their words was a (prima facie) crime under
Italian law.
The fact that the presiding Judge was able to stop Milosevic from
speaking at any time without giving any reasoning is not a very good
start on this trial.
