If I recall correctly, if you search this forum on those names, you'll find at least one of them discussed previously as causing problems.
If removing that one doesn't solve the problem, try disabling half (2) of them. If that doesn't solve the problem, re-enable that half and disable the other half. Also do a web search on each network name along with keywords like "malware" "badware" etc. to find discussions among people who are in those other countries, are seeing the ads, and are experiencing problems.
