  Contact your hosting provider and check your own computer for
spyware.

  As far as I can see, you only use plain HTML files, and some other
sites on your server that I checked don't seem to be affected with the
same exploit, so this must be a password issue.

  You can also try to ask your hosting provider to move your site from
the Windows server (IIS) to a Linux server. This shouldn't be a
problem since you don't use any platform specific scripts.

  Anyway, you need to have your PC free from spyware.
