I am trying to get info on a system alert that started October 2 2008 about [EMAIL PROTECTED] I think it is a virus and cannot get it off my computer. I keep doing checks with my existing antivirus and antispyware programs but it is not responding. Any ideas on how to get rid of this? thanks
