Strictly true, Richard, of course. Though I submit, quibble
would have been a better word than dispute... However,
despite their fundamental origin and clandestine promptings,
what these internal conflicts turned into, essentially, were
"civil wars" - a term also serving to distinguish them from
those "genocidal ethnic-cleansing campaigns by rampaging
Serbs" of the kind they were wilfully misrepresented as in
Western media reports in order to justify interference and
intervention by nosy warriors like Major Tulak.
