this is odd. I am on 87 using the Qlogic 4010 and did not seem to notice
this. Do we have packet captures of what is going on? Are we sure that it
occurs in the current release? Does it seem to affect all Qlogic HBAs
(note, that no matter how you look at it, this is a target bug. no matter
what the target sends, it shouldn't cause this much problem)
