There are two ways to get the HP-UX iSCSI initiator to work with Sun's
iSCSI target:
  1. Open a ticket with HP and have them send you an updated iSCSI
initiator. Have the HP support rep look up SAW
#gr8_na-4000162887-1 and CR #QXCR1000803751. This should lead
them to an updated HP-UX iSCSI initiator they can send you.
  2. Modify the Solaris source to send the port number in the
     SendTargets reply.

We opted for solution #2. We are not aware of any other solutions to
this problem. The problem in
http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/storage-discuss/2008-July/005827.html
still remains. We don't reboot the HP-UX server often so we're ignoring
it. It is possible to reduce the delay but we didn't have the time to go
back-and-forth with HP support. If you can run HP-UX 11.31/IA, you
shouldn't have the problem reported in
http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/storage-discuss/2008-July/005827.html.
