I've heard both pronunciations. Paul's "Eht'-C" and /etcetera though as to
which is correct is one of the great unknown mysteries of the universe.
Just to play devil's advocate, I vote for /etcetera ;-)
Besides, when you look at the directory, it looks like everything under the
sun is in there. So etc. etc. etc. ;-)
