If you edit /etc/kde/kdmrc just apend at the end of your
Sessiontypes enlightenment so it will look like:
SessionTypes=default;failsafe;enlightenment
This will let you start enlightenment directly from kdm
by choosing the sessiontype.As I said this is the first step,since I
never liked gnome that much(personal tastes)
and never went further than this.
I'm sure there is something else you must edit tough.
