Not sure I understand this part. Storm isn't going to fill your entire HD. A
full install only takes around 1.5 GB. The rest of the space is there to add
more packages and otherwise use. Not sure I follow what you're saying

That would be part of the issue. You could have run into an error when
installing. You can try to add the module using the Storm Package manager
and see what happens. Or just copy the .deb off the cd and use dpkg to
install it.
dpkg -i sl-dial (or whatever it's called)
