One does not need a boot disk to get into Storm. The CD is bootable. for me,
with exactly the same LILO problem, heck my Linux partion starts at about
16xxx on my HD.
Set your bios to boot CDROM, C, A. Pop the storm CD in the drive, and boot.
at the VGA splash screen press F2 to see the boot command and morph it for
your system at the boot line. For me that's kernel root=/dev/hda3.
But yes, 21.4.4 of LILO is said to boot beyond the 1024th sector. I'm just
clueless how to get it installed into the boot sector.
