Hello,
I am struggling with the same issue; where to find software?
I discovered men can obtain a complete list of all available
Debian packages through the dselect-program which definitely
is included in the Stormix Distribution. I did following.
su - root
at console-prompt: dselect
first choose 0.[A]ccess (I've choosen here Apt).
After that choose 1.[U]pdate and your machine will automatically
contact the site or whatever you have choosen whith option 0
and update the list of available packages.
My machine obtained a list from the Stormix ftp-site.
Also you can contact the ftp-site for updates when available
which is pretty cool because you don't have to rush around
all possible internet-sites.
Hope this helps.
