Well,what exactly is he trying to accomplish?I mean there should be a
reason for the network.What is he trying to share?Files,internet
connection ? What security level is desired?Does he have a hub or he
want to use a crossover cable(one
computer have to be dualhomed in this case).
What is the other computer running(OS) ?
Too many variables to consider.We have to know more details.
