Hello all, I have been wrangling with SL2000-Open2 and Samba. SL2000 as a Samba Client: I have gotten to where I can use the Gnome Samba Browser (gnosamba) to scan and find the Win98/WinNT and Corel Linux boxes on my network. I can see and map the Samba shares and printer from the Corel Linux box. I have not tried remote printing yet. I can see the Win98/NT machines but error out when trying to browse them for shares to mount. In configuring my client I did not see a place to enter the password to go with the default user and workgroup for the Samba client configuration. Is it possible that this is causing the error out especially on NT shares? SL2000 as a Samba Server: Got a share and a printer set up. From my WindowsNT machine, I can find my SL2000 SAMBA machine (CROW) by searching Network Neighborhood. But it is not listed under my domain REIPATH, it is under WORKGROUP. -- Danny R.
