It seems the non-US directory on the ftp server has a really non-standard
layout. instead of:

debian-non-US/dists/potato/non-US

with the appropriate binary directories and packages listings below there,
it's set up like this:

debian-non-US/dists/potato/non-US/main
debian-non-US/dists/potato/non-US/contrib
debian-non-US/dists/potato/non-US/non-free

with binary directories and package listings below each dir.

So my sources for apt-get and SPM don't work.

Can someone fix?

Thanks.

PS: Still having problems with SAS and SPM as reported on the beta lists
previously.
