yes.I grabbed tough the deb packages from here

ftp://ftp.stormix.com/debian/dists/potato-proposed-updates/

You need a couple of them,I think I downloaded about 3 or 4 to satisfy
the dependencies.
Start with communicator-smotif-475 and work your way with 
 dpkg -i package.deb
if you care about waht the package manager thinks you have in your
system.
If not..just remember then the Debian netscape is in
/usr/lib/netscape/47x
>From there is a horror of symlinks which eventually will point to
base-4/wrapper which is in charge of starting netscape.
So if you install anywhere else from the package downloaded from
netscape
make sure you change the "shorcut" on the desktop to point to your
netscape.And if it works fine do a

apt-get remove communicator-smotif-473

to save space.
