GNUpart .package-name in Debian is gpart .
There is a good tutorial with examples on the gnu.org site .It doesn't
have yet a GUI interface ,it's all command line but it's the closest
thing
to ghost I know about.There may be others.
This is if you want the full deal,with resizing and so on.Otherwise
for dumping/restoring same size partitions you can make an image with
dd . see the man page for details.
