Packages which have been removed, but not purged. This means that there
may be conffiles lying around.
These appear when you install a package with apt-get, and it causes another
package to be removed. If you don't need the config files anymore, you
can purge them. I find it easiest to do this with dselect, go to the bottom
of the list (with end), and you'll see all of them. _ is purge, vs. - for
"residual configuration" (uninstalled).
