Afternoon folks,

Have a few questions about using Hail as a production web server.

- has anyone deployed an Apache web server using Hail as the OS yet?
- is anyone using the .deb package for Active Server Pages for Apache?
- is anyone using mySQL/Apache .deb combo yet?

The reason I ask, is I will need to build up a new server for our
company within the next few months. I am sure their are companies using
Stormix Linux as a platform to run their web site from, but I figure it
can't hurt to get users feedback. At this time we are using Mandrake for
the job with Apache and mySQL tied in together. I have been asked about
adding the ASP module (and am trying to talk them out of it) for the new
build. Personally I'd rather see a mySQL/PHP solution implemented.
<haven't played with PHP yet>

If I do deploy Stormix for this job, I'd like to rip out everything I
don't need like PPP, NFS, etc..., this means I will end up breaking SAT
(I think). Any advise on this folks?

Cheers,
