I've been trying to get my DSL connection working with linux, and am
currently at the stage where I'm trying to get my 3COM Etherlink 3C905C
card working. I've pulled to driver from #Com, and after minor hassels
compiled it. I've configed, compiled and installed
kernel-source-2.2.16-storm-ide and had lilo re-run during the install
and then re-booted. Now when I run:
root@rjw# insmod 3c90x.o
3c90x.o: kernel-module version mismatch
3c90x.o was compiled for kernel version 2.2.16-storm-ide
while this kernel is version 2.2.16-storm.
I need a clue on how to proceed. TIA
