[SLU] KDE2 & SPM

I have just run into an issue with KDE2 and Storm Package Manager.

Opening SPM from the KDE menu, I get:
"please enter password for '-e' account"

If I enter either the root or my user password it says:
"Sorry but that's not the correct password"

There are no other passwords on the system.

Can anybody help?
