Hi,
I've been ttrying to install the latest Stormix 2000 2.05 download edition
on m y Compaq Armada 1750 Laptop.
Everything works well, but it just will not bring up my PCMCIA ethernet
card. If I go to SAS and bring it up manually it's fine. I've checked the
network options file and it shows start eth0, but you can see it flash past
during boot as failing. It's almost as if things are not happening in the
right sequence.
The PCMCIA Modem works fine. I've looked in modconf but cannot see anything
missing - can anyone suggest a way out of this?
If it helps, I've been using Corel 1.2 quite happily without this issue so
it's obviously config rather than hardware but where??
