Nope ,I'm not IN Romania ,I'm from Romania-yes.
So I haven't done this with the Vaio since most I've seen them plain
dead(at which point it's just not worth fixing them) but I would
guess that somehow you have to bring the pcmcia-up first and work from
there.Now I admit I have no clue as to how exactly set-up a PCMCIA
cdrom.
The way I see it yuo'll need another system running Linux on which to
make a bootable floppy that will have the kernel and the minirootimage
used
by storm where you'll have to load the pcmcia modules and what's neded
for the CDROM then continue with the configuring process.It sound
interesting to play with but sorry ,I don't have a definite answer.
